Possible Store Problem?

Hi all -

This didn't seem like the best place to put this question, but since a similar question was asked here and there doesn't seem to be a "Support" category, I figured I'd go ahead and post. My apologies in advance for the relatively off-topic message.

I ordered The Complete Traveller's Handbook PDF Wednesday night. The PayPal payment went through, but when PayPal did its usual redirect back to the originating site, I got an error page from travellerrpg.com. I never got any sort of confirmation email from QLI, though I did get the PayPal email receipt. As such, I'm not sure Hunter was ever notified that I had purchased the book. I emailed him at the grip and gripreg addresses on Thursday, but so far haven't seen any response (he was on these forums at the same time I was at one point, but he has PM's to him turned off)

No combination of username and password that I can think of seems to get me access to the eLibrary, so I'm pretty much stuck. I've read the posts about issues getting products not getting delivered quickly, but in this case, I'm not at all sure he even knows I bought anything. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm putting together a NWN modded Traveller campaign and the only chance I'll have to work on it is over the break (I teach college). I had hoped to get the PDF quickly, but it seems my time is ticking away...

Thanks for the advice, but the only password I have associated with this site is my forum password. I tried that with the email I registered with the forum, my PayPal email address, and with my forum username. None of them seem to work. The system just reports that it doesn't recognize the username. Since I've never bought anything from here before, I'm assuming I don't have an eLibrary account created yet, yes?

Any suggestions are welcome!

Hi folks -

Just a quick update to let you know that there was in fact a problem with the store, so it was not activating my download automatically as it should. Hunter just got back in town and fixed everything up -- I'm happily browsing my new T20 book now!
