MGT Only: Post Career Experience in Mongoose v2?

Does Mongoose Traveller 2022 have anything about post-Career experience? And how do you add 'Practice" into that?

I'm trying to adjust my rules for playing Darts, but I can't figure out how to increase it outside of a Career. I'm assuming it would go under Carouse, for casual games in a bar. Athletics (DEX) for Professional type of games/tournaments.

But I don't see any rules about Experience in this version.

Does anyone know where to find this or how to handle this?

Combat skills seem a little too generalized.

I'd go for both hand eye coordination, general understanding of the principal of throwing small sharp objects in a particular style at standard Terran gravity, plus continuous practice.

A dart is a weapon. Aim for the eyes...

or coat the dart in a nerve agent or toxin

or build the dart out of plastic explosive

or just about any of the snub pistol rounds.

In point of fact snub round darts may make pretty effective shipboard weapons...

Presumably, by that time, darts are self propelled and suicidality inclined.

I understand MgT2022 is still MgT 2E reviewed, isn't it?

If so, any part not included I'd turn to the original 2E...
