Prime Directive in Mongoose Flavour?

As a long-time SFB'er, I am looking forward to this. I haven't had any good experience with any ST-based RPG, but I keep hoping. That's been a result of not finding the right group, not the right rules, btw.

I've been thinking of using Mongoose Traveller for a Trek setting merchant pretty much since I got it.

That sounds good--there's plenty of appeal to playing a Cyrano Jones or Harry Mudd as well as playing regular cast roles.
