It looks like a step got dropped from the Prior History procedure (p 11)

It never explicitly describes how you deterine re-enlistment for your next term, although the example (p 12) shows that a roll is required.

Ah, missed it.

I would still suggest at least adding a reminder of this in the numbered sequence (call it step 7).

I might even recommend moving the rule at the top of the page down to that step. As it is, it seems out of order.
