Ships Locker, Repair Drones, Fuel Processor brings tonnage up to 97.5 tons in the Engineering Section, leaving 300 tons of space for Cargo, in whatever configuration pays best.

The PIC allows for 12 Psi Strength Pilots to power the Ship. The 10 MCr computer can plot Jump 5 Jumps. This gives a Cost (125.652 MCr) to Cargo CER of 11.94. It was over 12, but I went back and added Streamlining.

The ship can move cargo at a Jump 5 rate and not have to refuel for a month. Crossing Rifts is easy. The processor allows for easy refueling.
