To me, "psychically" sounds way too Miss-Cleo-like and "telepathically" is related to only one of the six standard psionic talents. Page 43 of 2nd ed. Book 3 gives the proper spelling several times in the Psionically Enhanced Strength/Endurance sections.

Well, with typical english derivations, it would be psionically. In practice, the usual term is probably 'telepathically', since most other psi powers are poor choices for communcations.
