It's on the front page of the boards, at the top right of the screen. It's now 5006.

But I did notice too that the current citizens count and member numbers no longer tally. At this moment it says 5,012 registered members while the newest member is number 5,020. So it seems 8 citizens are no longer counted.
I know of one member that got tossed by Hunter for inappropriate conduct wayyyy back but I'm not sure of any others. Some of the discrepency could be from name changes (maybe, but it would seem odd, I only mention it because I noticed that one of the members who changed their name had old posts under a previous name calling them "tourist" rather than "citizen" just above the CID # in the posts).
