Quick NPC's for TNE

Hope you like it guys, some easy dice rolls to determine npc characteristics. I've based the system on the encounter rules found in MT as I always thought they were really good.

Nice. I recently built some scripts to do TNE npcs in bulk. It's nice to have something for comparison. If the game ever happens, I'll think about some variety otherwise the red-shirts start to look alike.

Not in their current state. They weren't built for portability or ease of use. I'll add it to the list of things to fix.
