Requesting Art sketch: SolSec robot

Errr, folks. Hope you're all right

And now something completely different...

I found a few bits of time to follow some suggestions, mainly regarding scale hints, a humble texture and a few covers on the fans.
(I will try to create a modified version with Aramis style "interior fans", next..).

Here we go:

Title is perhaps:
WE HAVE TO TALK TRAITOR !

Environment is still ugly. If I will find a better one, I surely will use it...

Wow, that is beautiful work, TheEngineer!!

Once again, a wonderful rendition of what I imagine to be the SolSec SB II Light Security Bot. The size of the bots (as you rendered them) is just perfect too.

Very nice! It helps to have the person showing the scale. I think I'd still be pretty careful about where my fingers went when around these!

Nit: I still don't see the light arm. Perhaps it is just folded up neatly underneath.

Yes, the light arm could easily be folded or possibly retracted back into the chassis when not in use.

If it had been a larger/bulkier arm... it would be impossible to hide.

The SolSec SB II security bots have a built-in TL14 Holorecorder. They can record everything they see or hear. I also made sure they have infravision, as well as "sensitive hearing". They know what you are doing. And they can then plug into a computer terminal back in SolSec headquarters, and then replay back the holovideos.... for evidence. ;)

Now that I think about it, the choice of a Snub Pistol for sidearm is a good choice. They have the option to shoot suspects with a tranquilizer dart, a good option for non-lethal force.

Beautiful work! Just change the environment/background a bit and you'll have a nice SolSec recruitment poster

Here's my contribution (very lazy only one texture)...not half as good as the engineers, though. His fans are beautiful. Engineer, if you havn't tried Silo3d modelling software, I can really recommend it. Also, if you want some nice looking instant terrains for your picture, download Terragen - it's free!

Hoverbot modelled in silo3d and rendered with the man buildings etc in Bryce 5.5 with Daz 3d studio for the figures.
