Non OTU: Rescuer: a new CT-style career for my JG campaign

So, I made a thing.

For the past twenty years, I ran all of my Traveller games in the Judges Guild de-canonized sectors of the Third Imperium. Right now I'm running a solitaire Beltstrike campaign set in the Reaginworld asteroid belt and I introduced a volunteer rescue service protecting belters, traders, and scientists.

In order to randomly generate characters, I needed a career path for the volunteer and career rescuers of the service, et voila! Scraping off the chrome is easy enough to adapt to other games, if you find this at all useful.

I did the same. But I committed the unforgivable sin of establishing a "High Guard" service which was in orbit around planets and allowed drop-teams to deploy anywhere (on that hemisphere) readily. Someone got quite perturbed that I used the name for that...
