RPGSuite issues - Unable to patch

Sorry to bother folks but I do not know where to turn.

I purchased RPGSuite. It worked very well until the last patch. There are two parts to the program. One is the character sheet and the other is the character generator.

There was a patch recently and the program has since stopped working. The character sheet patches and there is no problem. The issue is with the generator. The patch downloads (version 3.54) but I get an error message: "Patch file is incorrect. Error in the application." The program then stops.

I wrote the company and got a generic message saying that they received my message and will get back to me but since last week silence.

Anybody else has issues with the program?

Mine works OK, try the following,
"Delete all Content" (its on the first page)
then redownload and install. (this takes awhile, but works)

Mine stopped working last year and this is what worked to get it going again.

Back in the day, I had a real old version of the app that wouldn't take any updates. So I just removed that app and downloaded the latest installer for it. Done.

Probably the best approach - clean installs are generally better. Had to do the same a while ago when there was an update that would not work & I think they said you needed to uninstall & reinstall. As it is based on your account info should be easy.

Now to see if mine needs an update - been a minute since I last used it. Have yet to decide about some of the new content - Aslan, Bwaps and the (finally!) extended character sheet.
