Just because you are a moderator doesn't mean everything you post is Traveller related, does it? Shouldn't this be in 'Random Static' or maybe 'Website Issues' if you are trying to explain an absence from moderating?

Lone star is the "Meet-n-greet"... explanations of absence really do go here. Announcements of the joys and sorrows of our fellow Traveller players, to share stuff that's traveller-but-not-clearly-anywhere-else. It's also where people like myself and a few others should be doing our in-character non-pbem stuff... conversations of our "online Traveller Personas".

Random static is for stuff that is neither related to Traveller nor to the general social conversations.

They do overlap. Just like ship design under Bk5 can go in Starships or in CT.
