Scout errata? SX Frontiersman...

Why does Evade/2 only have a rating of 10? Page 54 the errata says it should be 15.


Why is the cost for Jump Control/2 free? The cost for Fire Control/2 should be 4 (not 2) and Evade/2 should be 2 (not 1). What am I missing?


Also a really can't make heads or tales of the modular systems but thats for a different thread.

You are missing the fact that the designer screwed up.

Use the values in the Core Book (with Errata) and From HG. The designs occasionally have errors like this.

As the designer, I'd like to say this about that : I don't have either the designs or the rules in front of me to confirm/deny this one, but........it's entirely possible its a screwup on my part.

Who knows. I may have used an earlier version of the rules when I converted it from CT/MT/T4 stats, or made a mistake or mistyped it; even the final editing and last minute changes may have slipped up....anything. If it's contradicting the rules, go with the Book, not the design. On the plus side, software doesn't effect displacement as long as the computer can run it, so the design works fine with changes.

Seriously. Screwups happen. Hey, at least the tonnage adds up, hey ?
