Self sealing vacc suits

At what point do you consider vacc suits to be compromised?
How about taking damage in your suit and surviving?
Say the following happens.
Roll to hit: “8”
2D Wounds: “4”

Since the roll to hit was the exact number needed the suit was breached but not torn open. A smart membrane closes up behind the breach and pressure is maintained. The idea is that as long as the breach is within two points of the target (an eight) the suit can seal itself after the breach.
A to hit roll of 10 = Depressurization

Good point. I seem to remember a ref saying it was compromised if it took a certain size round or it took a certain number of hits (not damage, per se).
