The Skulltech 1000 Interface Fighter
The goal: produce a dirt-cheap fighter useable for both atmospheric and deep space work. It uses minimal computer and power plant and in order to save money and space it uses vehicle weapons in fixed mounts. It must get within a few hundred meters in space combat to use its weaponry, but if it does and salvoes the whole MRL a starship is going to get a very nasty surprise. If only the cost of the power plant could be lowered it would get really cheap.

1 fixed mounted Heavy MRL mounted forward (if it salvoes all 100 tubes it would do 11d8 damage against a spacecraft or 16d8 damage against a vehicle).
