General Solomani 'Black Strikes'

Curious if there is any canon on 'Black Strikes' inflicted on the Solomani or the Imperium during the battles along the border of the two, that occurred at the time of the Rebellion?

Not many, mostly annotations of which subsectors experienced black war. I can't think of any others. There's discussion of it in both Hard Times and Survival Margin.

IIRCBlack War was mostly among Lucan and Dulinor, with strikes also against the Ziru Zirka when it stopped paying dividends to Lucan and some against Margaret, but as neither the Ziru Zirka nor Margaret responded in kind, it was limited in their fronts.

I don't remember that Black War was conducted in the Solomai front, at least as a sustained strategy.

Black War does not come into play as far as I can see.in the Hard Times Map. Black Zones as defined below require Lucan to be a party involved. Most Imperial subsectors that were Confederation before the Rim War were War Zones subsectors. These were the Intense War Zones Subsectors

War Zones: These subsectors endured at least one major campaign. They contain a high percentage of worlds that have had their starports destroyed, populations attacked and industry wrecked. War Zones are susceptible to the UWP changes brought about by Hard Times.
Intense War Zones: These subsectors endured two or more years of high-intensity combat. They are even more vulnerable to the forces of decline than are War Zones.
Black War Zones: These are Intense War Zones where Lucan was a combatant and pursued his objectives at all costs, resorting to his Black War tactics when necessary. Such regions likely hold several annihilated worlds. Almost all these zones are also Wild regions since traders have little reason to expect any benefits from visiting them. They are thus doubly benighted and tend to hold a large number of doomed or failing worlds. - Hard Times p 14
These appear to be the end/choke points into Craig and Margaret's zones.

Later on in 1129, The Confederation makes formal peace treaties with Dukes Craig and Margaret. Both want peace. Margaret is still plotting and planning but sees the Confederation as something her descendants may retake in the future. Stabilize her realm, Outlive Lucan. Craig just wants peace and safety.
The Solomani need the treaties to concentrate resources for two purposes:
A. Though it was not classified an Intense War Zone, the insane resistance of the Vegans stopped advancement "up the middle".
B: The Aslan ihetai are not listening to their elders and disrespect the new Aslan treaty with Duke Craig and are finding excuses to ignore agreements with the Solomani. Which is becoming a new rally point for The Cause...
