Solomani Rim

Did all the Solomani adventures. Marooned worked pretty well, although I changed the watch fob to a computer holocrystal.

Signal GK where you meet the Cymberline chips for the first time was interesting.

Murder on Arcturus station was pretty good as well.

All need tweaking, all need some work, but provide a good solid framework. The Keith adventures are by far the best.

in the highguard 2 fleet I drew up the average cost of military shipping is less than .8MCr per ton. using .8MCr per ton, this means that the imperial naval budget can purchase 490,000,000MCr / .8MCr per ton or 612,500,000 tons of military shipping. this represents over ten times the available shipyard capacity.
I was wrong. the cost per ton of the fleet I drew up was about .55MCr per ton - I feel it is fairly representative of any typical highguard2 fleet. this results in an initial budget about fifteen times greater than available shipyard space in the spinward marches.
