Just watched a movie from SyFy called Star Runners. When I first started watching this, it seemed low-budget and the acting kinda sucked. But I watched it all the way through and I swear the people who wrote it play Traveller. And there's little references to TV shows and movies thrown in - maybe not intentionally, but you never know. If it had a bigger budget, it might have gone over better. Give it a shot sometime if you see it on TV or at your library. It could definitely be made into a Traveller adventure. One of the characters made me think of an over-the-top NPC I made back in 2003.
