Starting Skill Points for Service Classes?

Just got the T20 book, and I'm trying to create my first character and one thing doesn't make sense to me.

The book says "A player may choose to create a starting 1st level character in one of these service classes, but will be required to spend at least their first term of Prior History as a member of their respective service." p. 34

Okay, that is clear enough. But what doesn't make sense to me is that under all of the Service Class classes, there is no "Starting Skill Points" notation by their skills.

Wouldn't this reflect training prior to a term?

The pattern is obvious, Skill pts. per level x4, but I'm just confused why this was left off.

Am I missing something?

Pretty much what I figured....

It is starting to look like this book could have used another pass through editing. Lots of random ommissions and silly typos.

Given the number of pages in the book and the amount of material it covers, while I hate every listed piece of errata so far it's been pretty light.

If you know of other issues, please post them. So far this is the only 'random ommission' that I know of.
