Striker Book 3 Ammunition where or how to list rounds with added fetures

Sorry about three different posts for ammunition.

Striker Book 3 page 30 in the vehicle example for the Self-propelled Autocannon has separate sections for the price and characteristics of ammunition and the price of the added features of RAP, laser guidance, and variable ballistics.

If a HE round has laser guidance would the Characteristics column be used to list the addition of laser guidance?

Sounds reasonable to me too, but I have on more than one occasion discovered that my conclusion was a bit off. At least now I know that I'm not totally out to lunch by myself.
