Subsidised Merchant errata

I have paused adding new features to dabble with reconciling my CT ship designer with Don's CT Errata v1.1. It's been beneficial in showing up some hard to find bugs that I can resolve on the fly.

So far of the 7 craft in Book 2, CT ship designer and CT Errata agree in three cases; the Scout/Courier, Free Trader and Subsidised Liner and two other appear to be minor errata fixes. I know Don likes to get the view of the hive mind on subjects like this.

This post is the second on the Subsidised Merchant, which BillDowns helped with (thanks!), but there is still a cost difference of 5,000 Cr [corrected, see TNE2300 post] when compared to CT Errata.

CT Errata states the price as 100.035 MCr, including the cost of the Launch at 14 MCr (less 10% discount).

CT Ship Designer gives the price at 87.44 MCr, excluding the cost of the Launch (this is a Ship designer, not a Ship purchaser). Adding the Launch cost of 12.6 MCr (after discount), gives 100.04 MCr.

I cannot find a reason for the 0.05 MCr difference and I attach the design for review. BillDowns came to the same total as I, but if anyone else finds a problem in this calc, I am keen to nail it down otherwise I'll pass it to Don for review to correct current errata.

I think you are rounding off incorrectly
2 places where it should be 3
97.15 - 10% = 87.435 not 87.44

and you are missing 5Kcr not 50Kcr
100.04 - 100.035 = 0.005 not 0.05

87.44 - 87.435 = 0.005

or put another way
100.035 - 12.6 = 87.435
87.435 / 0.9 = 97.15

Yep, that nailed it. Thinking on it, I will check the the calculation, but probably won't adjust the text output as 2 decimal places is fine for most purposes. I'll just detail it in the viewable designer notes and claim the match with CT Errata.

Awesome spotting thanks :)
