T4 Allegiance and Culture

I'm trying to figure out the Allegiance and Culture details used in T4 Book 1. Unfortunately, the best source appears to be the Aliens section on pages 145 to 148, Alien Trade Effects Table page 171, and the one reference to Droyne on page 8.

Here is my list, which appears to be the same for both allegiance and culture:
