t4 long range recovery vehicle need help

Here is what I have for a ship design. It is intended to be a extended range recovery ship. The cost and monthly upkeep makes it non viable as a standard merchant ship. Although with the large amount of cargo space (relatively) should allow for the gathering of many artifacts or precious metals before returning home. It is TL 12 and is intended for about a year 150 exploration game.
I used the T4 QSDS with a hull from a pdf I found online

What I would like are suggestion for improvement. This is my first design and I am sure there is room for a lot of improvement.

Looks reasonable, but a few suggestions.

add some weapons to those extra hardpoints, suggect a missile turret (gives you a big bang) and another sandcaster.

Add some low grade military spec electronics - this should let yoy evade the locals, but if it falls into enemy hands your navy still has better stuff.

Add some cargo handlers / security types. everyone needs a few star trek red shirts to do the dangerous exploring.

Add fuel plant and scoops if not already in.

Add a frozen watch - always good to have a few spare crew.

And some crew recreation room. They may be in the ship awhile.

Try looking on the THUDD design website - on the traveller web ring. They have lots of T4 designs, and a bunch of exploration cruisers from memory.

If it is a recovery craft then it should include a search and rescue team and subordinate craft, a launch at the least, so that the ship can stand off from a wreck.
It may also be a good idea to have a sickbay and several coldberths for anybody rescued.
Extra crew in case a recovered craft can be repaired.
Lots of spare parts to facilitate the above.

Thanks for the suggestions. I forgot to list the fuel scoop and refinery it the refinery is rating 20.
Unfortunatly I only have the base T4 book. I don't have starships yet so I dont have stats for the frozen watch or the rec room. But i will redo the design incorperating the extra crew and extra weapons. I did have one sickbay, but will add more, and get a vehicle bay and a vehicle for it. hopefully I will have the design by this weekend...

Oh and I will definately check out THUDD

It has a sickbay, and emergency Low Berths sufficient for 8 people
The command crew each have a stateroom, while all but the troops are double occupied in staterooms.
The troops have Bunks
It has collapsible Tanks that, when full, equal 80 more tons or one jump. These are not used unless it is thought necessary so I did not include them in the USD When full there is only 5 Tons of cargo available
