Holy Cows!

I just realized that this is the first April Fool's Day where this is not a prank post! Wow, we have come a long way on this.

And on behalf of myself, if no others who helped make this a reality post and not a prank, I say "Thank you, Spinward.".

It was my honor and a dream that was realized much better than it was planned to work on T5. It was also quite an interesting trip from working on gaming as a hobby to doing it professionally.

We worked very hard on making it, so enjoy it and play with it.

Seriously? I guess if by "back room deals" you mean they contributed to the Kickstarter fundraiser at a higher amount than you did... It has been stated several places that the higher contributors are getting their stuff shipped first. Can't see any problem with that, myself.

No kidding here. I mean I got a credit in it and I am still waiting for my Kickstarter and Beta CD stuff to get here. I can wait though, when it gets here it will be chock full of goodies that I added after my initial Kickstarter pledge.

Funny, here it finally is and now people are all itchy and crabbing because it taking so long. I mean we had how many T5 Release prank posts? And now instead of crabbing about it how it's mythical and never seeing print, they are crabbing that their print copy isn't coming fast enough. Yeesh, you people are so difficult to please.

Marc has emailed Kickstarter backers today going over expected post times and post out methodology.

I am one of the many $100 backers, so I expect to get my package within the next 3-4 weeks. It does after all take two weeks roughly for a package to arrive down under from the US. Mark indicated that mid tier (ie those who are around the $100 backing amounts) will go out shortly with all backers booty sent by mid April. I certainly have no issue with those putting up more money during the Kickstarter period getting their stuff first either.

I think some people get the impression that FFE is a large concern, but in reality it is not and Marc is doing all to ensure 2085 fans who backed the Kickstarter or those who participated in the beta receive their books, CD's and other stretch goals as soon as possible.

Honestly, I looked back through my threads and it's been a couple of years since I pranked the forum about T5 on April Fools Day. Time flies...

I'm very much looking forward to getting a copy of T5.
