Just trying to dispel confusion here.
As I've said before, it's pointless asking me questions about stuff going on at QLI because I don't know. Now here's a new one.
For anyone who is still confused, QLI and Avenger/Comstar are ENTIRELY SEPARATE COMPANIES. This means that we cannot deal with order queries for QLI. I suspect that some people think Avenger is still associated with QLI or some such, when actually Comstar is our publisher now. But that doesn't explain why we're getting queries through the Comstar feedback forms about orders from QLI.
So, trying to dispel confusion (again): If you order something from Avenger/Comstar and have a query, contact us. If you order something from QLI, you have to talk to them.
We try to answer queries because it's polite, but it's also a waste of time for everyone concerned. And you're more likely to get a useful response from the right company.
No insult to people who're genuinely confused - I'm just trying to reduce the number who waste their own time trying to resolve issues with the wrong company!
