After my recent query about the 2nd-edition THB, I figured I'd price the book.
First, I went to the Canadian version of Amazon at Amazon.Ca, only to find that the book is unavailable and listed as "Out of Print" (!!!)

Next, I went to the main US website, Amazon.Com, only to find the book listed as "Out of Stock".
I know you QLI folk are terribly busy, but I figured you'd want to know. This is not a good thing.
