We, the systems administration staff, apologize for this unexpected outage of the boards. We have resolved the root cause of the problem and there should be no further disruptions.
One thing - since we didn't do this this year, maybe next year we can start by making a list of who can/will do what, e.g. who can do computer stuff, who can do filming stuff, who will do acting stuff, and under what conditions (i.e. travel expenses and living arrangements).
