why are they called "dreamers of the mists"? are they psionic, or is it a religious reference, or is it an ironic twist of how everyone else actually experiences them?

Yeah I never worked up much on this race, but it is certainly what they call themselves. At least a bastardized version, English type name. Hey feel free and join us at Traveller Republik and help make some new aliens and stuff! Cheers

Interesting. Reminds me of MT's Brinn and it's nice to see the Skinnies from SST being used. (Everyone borrows the Bugs, but I can't remember seeing the Skinnies elsewhere.)

Skinnies?! OH! thats right, they were from that military sci-fi book, hehe. The Skinnies are the creators of the ringworld on my Traveller page, alot more details were added. Check it out and thanks for the awesome feedback!
