"The Imperium Strikes Back"--Upcoming Squadron Strike: Traveller online (free)

The current plan is to run one instance of this scenario; if we get more than four signups, we'll split it off into two instances.
If there is sufficient interest, Ken Burnside will also run a teaching game in this slot.

You can request a teaching session at the link right above. The event calendar https://vtt.mikezekim.com/events allows you to sign up for scheduled games (mostly playtest games that are more enjoyable with some experience, but also some teaching games).
We use the Discord app for audio, we use the Virtual Map for the shared game play environment. You'll need a headset for Discord and you'll want a monitor that's at least 1920x1080 or so for the widescreen aspect ratio. All the Virtual Map software is browser-based so it's cross platform.

The Imperium Strikes Back
After several months of Solomani deep raids into the Imperium, the Imperium sent the Lightning class Frontier Cruiser Nascent Fllicker to scout into {System Name} and found a Solomani forward resupply depot. Calling for reinforcements, the Imperium sent the Ghalak-class CA, two Agashaam class DDs and the Nascent Flicker to remove the base when they thought it would be lightly defended.
Unfortunately, it wasn't -- it was being defended by a Yarmouth CL and two Madrid-class CLs.
