The Traveller Book: Errata?

Does such a thing exist?
I just recieved my first copy from eBay (I have had the LBBs for 20+ years) and was wondering if there was anything I needed to be on the lookout for when I run my first game in 10 years.

The only things I've been warned about in TTB:

(1) Attacker's DM table, page 74: Pulse Laser gives a -1.

(2) Special Rules, page 75: Pulse Lasers inflict 2 hits.

(3) world generation inconsistency: in one place, Hydrographics is 2D - 7 + Atmosphere. This should be 2D - 7 + Size. (Note that it is 2D-7+Size in the summary page, I believe).
