The Wiki is moving to a new server

The wiki is being moved to a new host this coming Monday, 15 April 2024. I'll put the wiki into read only mode around noon my time, whereupon we'll take a backup of the site and database. One that has transferred to the new host, we'll have everything back up and running again shortly.
