Is the Blohm und Voss in TA 8 the same as the one from Terra? The German plane Manufacturer? If so , can I stil get a BV-141 for planetary Recon?

No, BVAG is a corporation specific to the Ley sector area. There company on Terra went away during the Long Night. Sorry.
(I had not realised there was a real company named Blohm und Voss, I started with the orginal SuSAG name and picked a few other German sounding words. Naming things can be fun.)

Considering the olymic was used alot until the committee got the power to shut down other businesses . And the Sears and Roebuck Co vs Sears in the 80's case where the big company sued a mom and pop for name stealing. And it was discover the mom and pop had been in business at least 20 years before the big national company.
I suggest that if a name is duplicated the original is no longer in existance and it just happy circumstances.

Do a search for the name McDonald's in Scotland. There is a lord of the clan McDonald, who's pretty peved at the McDonald's corporation. According to Scottish tradition, using the name of a clan requires the permission of the head of the clan. McDonald's Corp hasn't asked permission of clan McDonald to use the name, and they are suing several small companies in Scotland (some of whom have been in buisiness since before the founding of the United States) over "stealing" their name.
