Did you look at http://tml.travellercentral.com ?

Yes I had checked that site, but apparently not close enough. I had found the newer archive (under the Archive link) but not the older one (that I actually was looking for). I checked the FTP link believing it to have older stuff but no such luck. However, as I checked that site again today, I looked behind that cryptic MPGN link and hit the mother lode. Thanks for the tip!
