Ok, I have a pet project, which is converting/figuring out the various Ground Zero Games products into "Traveller" terms. I was kinda doing it in main Traveller forums, but in reality this is probable a better fit.

Did you end up doing this project?

I loved playing Stargrunt and Dirtside back in the day.

Just curious. :)

Was GZG any good?, I liked Ambush alley, As a Combat Veteran I am hard to please.
The three games are dated and are typical wargames from their era. Are they good? depends on what you mean by good.

If you wish to check them out, GZG gives away for free the three rule sets.

Depends what your looking for, all of GZG's rules are Traveller inspired Miniatures Wargames. With a large-ist Niche Fan community. Also the rules are agnostic to what figures you use, which is another point in their favor.

I have 28mm … 15mm has become too small for these eyes and arthritic hands.
I survive in 15mm by remembering that if it looks good/identifiable at arms length it's done... Honestly the same goes for larger figs, but with 28mm often the see able detail means I need to put more work in per fig... (Though Speedpaints have helped a lot)

Essex miniatures IMO has the best 15/18mm
