Traveller Apocrypha -- what's on the CDs

At FFE the contents of the two CD-ROMS are described.

However, in another thread, Don linked to a PDF file, which is an essay by Miller from High Passage Issue #5.

At the top of the PDF is this:
Planetary Government in Traveller

Which makes it look like it is from Traveller Apocrypha II. Is this the case? Are there more goodies than those listed at FFE?

I want to claim that there was an update to Apocrypha-II that snuck in High Passage but I can't find proof at the moment. I'll try and dig it up if I can. (Or, you know, we could ask Avery when he has cycles - not this week)

Nope, not finding any evidence, I must be mis-remembering.

Only reference to Apocrypha II that I can find is on my T5 thumb drive, and it lists the materials published by:

In my opinion it is worth having, however I like the Judges Guild stuff and some don't care for it.

Apocrypha 2

I cannot locate an update with the High Passage magazines included only the article listed. I probably should not have posted the whole contents but I do find the CD useful and well worth buyng.

My version has that article as a stand-alone (not the whole HPsg mag). There are also a few other articles from Space Gamer, Dragon, Dungeoneer, Different Worlds, and Judges Guild Journal. Again, they are all stand-alone articles.
