Are their any Traveller-based magazines, or magazines with Traveller-based articles other than these?

Granted, some are more 'canonical' than others, but I kinda lost track in the mid-1990s.

None. It was explicitly mention that the most official ones (JTAS, Challenge, JTAS Online) that none of the articles were canon.

Canon for the OTU, as in Marc has said they are to not be overwritten unless essential, any clearly otu articles in:

Imperiallines

More might be, but these I know.
