Welcome to the new COTI server. We've moved the Citizens to a new server. Please let us know in the COTI Website issue forum if you find any problems.
We, the systems administration staff, apologize for this unexpected outage of the boards. We have resolved the root cause of the problem and there should be no further disruptions.
It worked with stock data, and now works with randomly generated sector data.
Thanks!
I really like the little extra at the bottom of each sector: "Subsector C contains 46 worlds with a population of 13000 trillion. The highest population is 8000 trillion, at Caar. The highest tech level is E at Delmar."
What I've done is download PDF Creator which installs as a "printer" on your system. You then "print" the output but select PDF Creator as your printer, and then PDF Creator kicks in to let you choose a location to save your new PDF file.
Thanks, I've downloaded it and now have my own version of the Trojan Reach
in pdf format.
I wasn't able to work out how to place a border round the Kingdom of Drinax, but I was able to change the allegiance of a few planets, move the Imperial border slightly and place an additional trade route from Imisaa to fist to Wildeman.

Are you using the new T5 system by any chance? That does seem to create some far higher-population worlds than the older system-generation systems (like CT).

However, when I now render a sector (for example the Spinward Marches), the allegiance borders are not drawn either on the sector map or the sub sector maps. The borders used to draw when I used the utility a week ago. Has something changed?
Fantastic utility. Thanks.
