Well, as I tend buy all calendars in the second or third week of January when they are 75% off...I had to opt for the under 10$ mark especially, if I will be a PDF.

You might be able to get some pieces from Jesse DeGraffe or Wayne Peters (two artists I'd like to see in it!) - not sure if they could do it gratis or percentage/shares or something.

There are various other artists on places like the Traveller3D mailing list or Renderosity that might be willing to contribute something.

There are at least a couple of definite Traveller fans on Renderosity - Mark Hirst and "Dann-O", and many good SF artists (who might be willing to do commissioned works). You might need an account to view the following images, but I think they're well worth it.
