Not original, I seem to remember it from when SJG was publishing JTAS and was wondering whether anyone knows where to find it now?

Marc Miller, at FarFuture.net, sells CD-ROMs of the Gurps JTAS series. (You can get it on a flash drive if desired. Just email him right after you order the CD and tell him you would like it on USB stick.)
Note that the JTAS issues are mostly complete, I'd say maybe 95%. There are a few entries that are not present.
