Universe: Referee Mode

Greetings everyone! I would just like to bother those who are experience with "Universe" with a small question: How does one enter the Referee mode in order to import sectors generated via HnE? Whenever I create a new database, it still asks for a password which I have never set. I am sure there must be a trick to it, but I'm sort of lost.

IIRC there's a default password ("norris"?)

I keep forgetting it and thinking its roland or somesuch. You need to start up the Database App and go in as Referee with that password.
