UWP Descriptions and the OGL...

Good Morning, All:

I am at work and so I do not have my T20 Traveller's Handbook with me. For those of you that have your T20 book within easy reach, I have a question regarding data covered by the Open Game Content declarations.

I know that the process to generate UWPs is considered Closed Content. I know that UWPs themselves are considered Open Game Content. However, can I create a table that describes the UWP as Open Game Content? In other words, can I indicate that the UWP code for a world size of 1 is considered a Small World, or that it has a 0.125g surface gravity on the average, or that it is approximately 1000 miles in diameter?

I want to build a one-page "cheat sheet" that describes the UWP, and I am wondering if it can be done under the OGL or not, using the Open Game Content declarations in the T20 Traveller's Handbook.

If not, I am pretty sure I can do it under the Fair Use policy, but I'm curious as to whether or not it can be done under the OGL we currently have. (If not, it hopefully will be doable under the Mongoose RTT SRD and OGL declarations, but that's six months down the road.)

Thanks In Advance For Your Help,
Flynn
