Vehicle Guide same as Travellers' Aides??

Hi, I have the PDF versions of the three Travellers Aide vehicle guides: On the Ground, Through the Air etc.

Is the Vehicle Guide supplement simply a combination of the material in these three Aides? Or is it all new material?
