In my Sol Subsector setting I created this entry for Earth and Mars. This is the system of Earth and Mars, it has 2 main worlds in it, and they are at War, or at least a cold peace with high tensions. The situation is thus, Earth is balkanized, while Mars is under the rule of an Emperess who's determined to take over the Solar System, except the more populous Earth stands in the way. This whole setting takes place under the back drop of Traveller The New Era at around the year 1201. I'm using T20 rules for this. Both planets have recovered from the Virus and the fall of the Imperium. Mars has been terraformed and both planets vie for control of the system.
