Presuming I don't grow up, then:
1.) Imperial Scout.
2.) Imperial Marine.
3.) Scientist: Archaeologist.

Bk4 careers are fun (for shoot 'em up), but so are aliens like Droyne.

When I grow up I want to be...a Traveller!

My characters have all been (mostly, anyway) ex-‘something’, be it Navy, Scout, Belter or Marine. Sure, I have kept Merchants acting like Merchants when they have a ship to ply the cargo lanes with, but mostly they collect odd ball crews and get into trouble. So the career choice is obvious: Traveller or Other depending on the rule set used.
