Winter War is a Gaming Convention in Champaign Illinois. It's the Midwest's Longest Consecutively Running Independent Gaming Convention!

It is this weekend from Friday until Sunday.

Winter War is where Marc Miller tested out some of his Classic Traveller adventures.

You should definitely go, if you can.

And the weather might cooperate this year, too!

Winter War After Action Report:

I only went on Sunday.

Winter War is building back after Covid. Susan McKinney , Don McKinney's (our absent friend DonM) Widow, is still running it. While there, I ran into Don's son Michael and introduced myself. He was playing MegaCivilization which looked interesting. I played a session of Dune Imperium. That was a lot of fun. I talked to a guy who said he remembered playing Traveller there when was 15.

We need to get more people to come out for this.
