Morning PDT all,
Has anyone worked through the World Builder's Handbook in particular Step 12 Seismic Stress Factor p. 63 and figured out whether or not that the equation F = X + P + M + S which per the Consolidated MT errata p. 70 is supposed to change all the plus sign to division signs?
