Welcome to the new COTI server. We've moved the Citizens to a new server. Please let us know in the COTI Website issue forum if you find any problems.
We, the systems administration staff, apologize for this unexpected outage of the boards. We have resolved the root cause of the problem and there should be no further disruptions.
I'm working on a module called One night in Brubek's which will feature three or four adventures that start by meeting patrons in that bar. But apart from that, I don't think I've ever started a patron encounter in a bar. The lead-in to patron encounters that I use most is an ad in the newspaper/internet.
Other lead-ins have been being called in to the boss' office and given an assignment and being called by a friend or acquaintance or by a fellow pensioner at the boarding house.
I am impressed with the music she is able to create with that, I guess an evolution of the Caribbean drum or steelpan? She's playing it upside down but it sounds great
Sort of suspenseful music, almost a chase scene or a tail following a target is what I imagine.
Actually, it's a variation on steel drums, but they're built specifically to be domes, as it gives better intonation over the life of the instrument. They're commercially made in France. They are essentially UFO shaped; the legs are not directly connected to the body, but the body is suspended from them. (One of ASD's music teachers has one, and brought it to an in-service day I was at.)
Sorry, but I was not going to open a possibly risky youtu.be Belgium link that apeared to be a decoy for youtube.com. This is the type of thing that sometimes can get a virus on ones computer.
My apologies if this is a legit site. I didn't take the time to research it.
I can be a bit paranoid but my personal security habits are such that it has prevented viruses and malware on my computer for several years.
