A modified soldier for gov't, Spartan-117 stands 7 feet tall and has been modified to be faster and stronger than most normal humans. With a battle dress that only he and other Spartans can handle he is even stronger and faster. His low social standing reflects he and his fellow Spartans will never leave the service and are experiments. Also implanted in his body is the equivalent of mesh armor. The Master Chief from Halo.
