One of the mods should sticky a thread that says "order your QLI stuff from DriveThru" or some such thing. For everyone who signs up to the forums to complain about not getting their order, how many are simply writing it off or only trying emails to QLI?

Unless the money-taking function on the site is switched off, this is likely to become a criminal situation one of these days.

Now, pay attention, i am not going to just have my money ripped off. You get that guy to take care of his business and either send out our items(that were payed for) or have us refunded. If he doesnt, it will get legal. I'm not kidding. Write him, call him, do what you can, but he will no longer be allowed to steal from Traveller fans.

Missing Order

I ordered TA0001P Personal Weapons of Charted Space a few weeks back; payment went through paypal. I've tried to contact sales about this a number of time with no response. Is there a link for "Contact" or someone in particular that I can discuss this issue with?

Apparently, there are other fans(MacTrom) that are waiting for answers as well.

Where are the answers? ...and i dont want to hear that you will email him, for if he truly doesnt have a computer, how is he to receive emails. Call his buddys, do whatever, but have him take responsibility. It seems pretty obvious that he is living off of our orders.

Simply dispute the charge on your credit card. If any one can get a hold of him, it's a credit card agency...

Anyone else seeing a problem? Is there anyone in a position to fix this problem for now it is going on criminal. I have no interest to take action so dont force me to do so.

Not only does this not repair the larger problem, but many, i am sure, used their visa atm for their purchase. Bank visas dont give the same rights as credit cards.
