T5 has two index pages: the first is organized in LBB 1-3 order, and the second one is in its own chapter order.

T5 in same LBB format bound in seperate sections? yes please. I'm used to being able to access different areas of the publication simultaneously. Bit like my comp's browser windows. Another aspect... the big books are more suited to sitting and reading at a table and the LBB format I could lay on my back and read a volume. I know some people prefer huge tomes but I find them wearisome and inconvenient.
Errata? Get it right first time. I want the books not the print management, proof reading, and testing. Strategically placed blank areas for the additions of notes and addenda, glued or scriven, is enough.
